A Taco Feast presented by Sarah Stalker of Milano San Juan
The chef takes pride in serving authentic Mexican cuisine. They process organic heirloom corn using the traditional nixtamalization method, stone-grind it into fresh dough, and press each tortilla by hand. While this process is more time-consuming, they believe it is essential to providing the highest quality food, from the tortilla to the filling.

* Carne Asada Tacos (3 per serving): citrus and beer marinated steak served with grilled onions, avocado, cilantro and lime $19
* Champinones Tacos (3 per serving): mixed mushrooms, pico de gallo and jack cheese, onions, cilantro and lime $18 (Vegetarian)
* Sides: Mexican Rice and Black Beans: a traditional side to complement the main dishes, served with cilantro and queso fresco $8
